About the presenter:

David Sokol is Director of Research for LSP Technologies, Inc. He has over 25 years of experience in laser-based materials processing, designing high-energy pulsed laser systems for laser shock peening and Laser Bond Inspection. Dr. Sokol holds a PhD in Atomic Physics from the University of Pittsburgh, and has been awarded numerous patents for innovations in laser system engineering.
